2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing our product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our other published policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from SYRA ACRYLICS LLP, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Products

Every SYRA ACRYLICS LLP product is handcrafted.

Because our products are individually manufactured:

• Minor variations in finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur.
• Product photographs are intended for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material variations.

Such differences do not constitute manufacturing defects.

5. Product Specifications

We reserve the right to improve or modify product designs, hardware, packaging, manufacturing methods, or specifications without prior notice, provided these changes do not materially reduce the quality or intended functionality of the product.

6. Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.

The applicable price will be the one confirmed at the time the order is accepted by SYRA ACRYLICS LLP.

7. Payment Terms.

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order to confirm and book the order.
• The remaining 50% balance payment is due upon completion of production and before the product is dispatched or delivered.
• Production may begin only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Failure to complete the balance payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
• Manufacturing will begin 12 hours after receipt of the 50% advance payment; customers may request order cancellation within this 12-hour period to receive a full refund of the advance.
• Once the 12-hour cancellation period has expired, the 50% advance payment will be non-refundable, as the manufacturing process will have commenced.

8. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

SYRA ACRYLICS LLP reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect customer information
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

9. Production Timeline

Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only.

Production schedules may be affected by:

• Material availability
• Order volume
• Public holidays
• Equipment maintenance
• Transportation delays
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

10. Shipping Conditions

• Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation. Once the product is delivered to the specified address, the company will not be responsible for the product thereafter.
• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, or if the address provided is incorrect, false, or incomplete, any re-delivery charges, loss, or damage shall be borne solely by the customer.
• Products damaged during transit or found to have a manufacturing defect may be replaced after verification. Customers must provide an unboxing video and photographs within 24 hours of delivery, without removing the protective plastic film.
• Any claim for transit damage or manufacturing defects must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video and photographs. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information.
• Selecting an appropriate product size for their intended use.
• Following all care and cleaning maintenance instructions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided by SYRA ACRYLICS LLP, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, videos, documentation, and website content, is the intellectual property of SYRA ACRYLICS LLP.

No part may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SYRA ACRYLICS LLP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

SYRA ACRYLICS LLP reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
